By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of her tribe claim of belonging to the "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the Respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 01/12/2022.

Considering that the petitioner is functioning as the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Ghatnandra, and requires validity, we direct the Respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from today.
