The learned AGP takes objection to Petition on point of alternate remedy.

In view of aforesaid objection, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw Writ Petitioner. However, persuades this Court to grant limited protection till Petitioner approaches State Government.

In light of submissions advanced, Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before State Government. 4.
