Learned AGP on instructions submitted that the Revision Application dated 02/05/2019 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Minister shall be positively decided within a period of 6 months from today. Since the Revision Application was filed in 2019 and the demand notice dated 06/03/2017 has not been executed till date, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, the demand notice not to be executed for a period of 6 months from the date of communication of this order.

In such view of the matter, keeping all contentions open, the writ petition is disposed of.
