Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon to decide the proposal dated 01.03.2026 filed for grant approval to the services of petitioner as Headmaster of respondent No.5 - School, within stipulated time.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Upon instructions from respondent No.3, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks.
