By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No. 3 to withdraw and cancel the communication SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT dated 16th February 2026 issued to the Petitioner and for a direction Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:

2026.04.23 13:06:25 +0530 to Respondent No. 3 to supply to the Petitioner the documents as per the demand made in the letter dated 9th January 2026 including supplying copy of the order dated 29th September 2025 appointing 1/4

Respondent No. 4 - Administrator of the Girna Primary School, at Dabhadi, Taluka Malegaon, District Nashik ("said School"). 2.

The Petitioner is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, through its Chairman and claims to be running the said School.

Shri Keda Kashiram Patil was the Trustee of the Petitioner Trust and after his demise on 28th October 2024, Shri Vishwas Keda Bachhav has been appointed as Chairman of the Petitioner Trust. The Change Report No. 540A of 2025 of Shri. Keda Kashiram Patil for the term i.e. 1st January 2025 to 5th January 2029 (Exh.A to the Petition) is pending determination before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nashik Region, Nashik.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the copy of the order dated 29th September 2025 was not made available to the Petitioner Trust. By the said order dated 29th September 2025, an Administrator had been appointed for the said School. The Petitioner had made a request to Respondent No. 3 to supply a copy of the said order, but it was not made available and vide letter dated 16th 2/4

February 2026, Respondent No. 3 had informed the Petitioner Trust that unless copy of Schedule -I is submitted, the relevant documents would not be made available.

The learned AGP for the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5 State has now tendered a copy of the said order dated 29th September 2025, which has been sent to the Head Master of the said School and which has been acknowledged by the Head Master of the said School. This is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. She has submitted that there is no irregularity, committed by these Respondents in issuance of the said order to the Head Master of the said School.

The learned AGP has handed over a copy of the said order dated 29th September 2025 to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner Trust in Court.

In view of the copy of the order now being made available to the Petitioner Trust, the prayers in the Petition are not pressed.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
