By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 17.10.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for the NEET examination, 2027 and needs the validity certificate. We therefore, direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
