The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 09.12.2024 and therefore, the petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the same. 3.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since last two years, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
