Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

A limited prayer in the Petition is to issue direction for expeditious hearing of Change Report No.923 of 2011 pending before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Mumbai Region, Mumbai.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the year 2011, in Writ Petition No.6612 of 2011, a direction for expeditious hearing of the Change Report was passed. However, the Change Report has yet not been decided. 4.

In view of the pendency of the Change Report for over 15 years, the prayer for expeditious hearing appears justifiable. 5.

The Writ Petition stands disposed with a direction to the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Mumbai Region, Mumbai, seized with Change Report No.923 of 2011 to hear and decide the said Change Report, as expeditiously as SSP 1/2
