By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe which is stated to have been pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 03.08.2023. 3.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in employment and is likely to suffer adverse action, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.
