The petitioner-Company seeks the following reliefs:- "(a) By an appropriate Writ and/or Direction and/or Order of this Hon'ble Court, the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 be directed to convene Land Allotment Committee Meeting in terms of policy adopted by Respondent Nos.1 to 4 viz. MIDC Industrial Land Application and Allocation Policy - MILAAP 1.0 dated 17.10.2025 and further be directed to take appropriate reasoned decision over Petitioner's application bearing Reference No.1089981 in respect of allotment of plot viz. Plot No.D-524, admeasuring 1000 Sq.Mtrs., lying, being and situate at TTC Industrial Area, District Thane, in accordance with law and communicate the said reasoned decision forthwith to the Petitioner;
(b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of present writ petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to convene Land Allotment Committee Meeting in terms of policy adopted by Respondent Nos.1 to 4 viz. MIDC Industrial Land Application and Allocation Policy - MILAAP 1.0 dated 17.10.2025 and be further directed to take appropriate reasoned decision over Petitioner's application bearing Reference No.1089981 in respect of allotment of plot viz. Plot No.D-524, admeasuring 1000 Sq.Mtrs., lying, being and situate at TTC Industrial Area, District Thane, in accordance with law and to communicate said reasoned decision forthwith, to the Petitioner;

928.4805.26-wp.docx (c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of present writ petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restrain the Respondents from creating any third party rights in respect of Plot No.D-524, admeasuring 1000 Sq.Mtrs., lying, being and situate at TTC Industrial Area, Dist. Raigad; (d) Interim and/or ad-interim orders in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c) abovenamed;
(e) For such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;
(f) Cost of the petition be provided for."

Mr. Prashant Chavan, the learned senior counsel for the respondent-Development Corporation states that on allotment of subject plots in Stage-1 land allotment, the prayers made in this writ petition do not survive. The learned senior counsel for the respondent-Development Corporation states that the decision of Land Allotment Committee (LAC) has already been uploaded on the MILAAP Portal of the respondent-Development Corporation. 4.
Mr. Meet Vora, the learned assisting counsel to the learned senior counsel for the respondent-Development Corporation tenders a copy of the minutes of the meeting of LAC a copy thereof is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner-Company which is taken on record.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No.4805 of 2026 is disposed of.
