Though this Court, by an order dated 18 September 2025, dismissed Writ Petition No. 11772 of 2025 filed by the Petitioner challenging the notice issued under Rule 107(11)(d-1)(vi) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961 ("MCS Rules"), the Petitioners thereafter challenged the order passed by the Special Recovery Officer by filing a Revision Application, which came to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

The Petitioners have filed a Restoration Application seeking restoration of the said Revision Application, which is presently kept on 20 April 2026.

In the meantime, the District Magistrate has issued a notice under Rule 107(11)(d-1)(vi) of the MCS Rules. 4.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 18 September 2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Petition. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
