This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe, which according to the petitioner is pending since 5.6.2023 with the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Eqnuriy report in the case of his cousin uncle namely Prasad Rajanna Jangilwad is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same. Since the petitioner is pursuing his study in Diploma in Polytechnic and needs the validity, we direct the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July. 4.
