Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - Collector, Beed to pronounce the Judgment in Disqualification Application No.167/2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said Judgment would be pronounced within a period of four weeks.
