Present petition has been filed for following relief : "(B) By issuing appropriate writ or order or directions in the like nature, respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to decide the proposal dated 25.09.2025 submitted on 21.11.2025 with respondent No.2 within specific period."

The petitioner contends that he has been transferred from unaided to aided school by the Management, and thereafter, the proposal dated 25.09.2025 was submitted on 21.11.2025 for approval.

4_WP_4861_2026 Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents Nos.1 and 2 and submits that such proposals are now required to be decided by the Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune, in view of Government Resolution dated 13.11.2025.

In view of the Government Resolution dated 13.11.2025, respondent No.2 shall forward the proposal dated 25.09.2025 submitted on 21.11.2025 to the Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune within a period of fifteen (15) days from today, if it is not already forwarded. The Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune is not party to the proceedings; however, while disposing of this writ petition, we direct the concerned authority to decide the said proposal dated 25.09.2025 within a period of eight (8) weeks, upon receipt of the same.
