The learned Counsel for respondent No.6 assures that in so far as the petitioner's husband is concerned who has been found to be eligible in terms of his entitlement, the premises in question shall be allotted to the petitioner's husband. Since the husband is no more, obviously, the premises which are standing in the joint name of the petitioner and her husband, shall be allotted to the petitioner.

In such view of the matter and by recording such assurance, the petition stands disposed of.
