By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe, which is stated to have been pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 07.10.2011.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee for last 15 years and the fact that the petitioner is in public employment, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim
