This petition has been filed for a limited purpose for seeking direction to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee since 19.11.2025 of belonging to 'Tadavi' scheduled tribe.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-(UG)-2026 examination and also to pursue the higher studies, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to
