The petitioners before this Court are aspirants of getting their tribe claim decided. However, it seems that the Scrutiny Committee did not accept the applications tendered by the petitioners. As a result of which, the petitioners are unable to get the validity certificates which according to the petitioners are

2 43.WP.4919.26.odt required for appearing for NEET examination as well as for further education.

We find that without laying down any precedent and considering the peculiar facts and circumstances, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to accept the proposals submitted by the petitioners for verification of their tribe claim physically and shall decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date the petitioners submit the proposals physically. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
