The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 21.09.2022 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad thereby confirming order of District Collector rejecting Petitioner's application for issuance of arms license. 2.

The impugned order appears to have been passed four years back. There is no explanation given as to whey Petitioner has not challenged same within reasonable period.

In that view of matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands dismissed. 4.

Needless to state here that if Petitioner makes fresh application for arms license in accordance with law, impugned orders shall not be impediment to consider same as per governing rules and regulations. (S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) Umesh
