Though so many prayers have been made, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, upon instructions from the Petitioner, now restricts himself to the prayer that the representation dated 09.02.2026 made by the Petitioner to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad,

We had, therefore, directed learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to take instructions and upon instructions, he makes a statement that the said representation dated 09.02.2026 would be decided within a period of four weeks. Said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 3 to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks from today.
