In this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file rejoinder affidavit, particularly on the aspect of the date when the physical possession of the subject land was taken. 2.

The rejoinder affidavit be filed within three weeks from today. WRIT PETITION NO.6225 OF 2026 .
