The petitioners are seeking directions against the respondents to absorb them on the post of Special Teacher (Sports) at cluster level of Zilla Parishad establishment as per the Government Resolution dated 02.01.2026. The petitioners have preferred

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4/State and upon instructions from respondent No.3 makes a statement that the representations dated 10.04.2026 would be decided within a period of six weeks.

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 to decide the representations dated 10.04.2026 filed by the petitioners within a period of six months from today.
