By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe which is pending since 27.09.2024.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his higher studies and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
