By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe which is pending with the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 13,01.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already appeared for NEET and CET - 2026 Examinations and is desirous of prosecuting her higher studies and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as
