This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction to decide tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe which is pending with respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 30.01.2026. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his higher studies and needs validity certificate, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.
