By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe which is pending with respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 07.05.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell enquiry report of the cousin brother of petitioner namely Sanjay Manikrao Gadewad is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondentScrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
