Petitioners' tribe claims of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe are pending with the respondent Scrutiny Committee since 26.01.2026 and 06.01.2026 respectively, and therefore, the petitioners are seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the said tribe claims.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have already appeared for MHT-CET Examination 2026 and desirous to prosecute higher studies, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
