This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction for expeditious disposal of tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe which has been submitted on 07.01.2026.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting higher education, we direct the respondentScrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
