Heard Ms. Gunjal, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

She would submit that on the last occasion i.e. 22.04.2026, she was not present.

She would submit that she has read the order passed by the Court. She would submit that right of Petitioner to file substantive Suit proceeding in the Civil Court has been stated by the Court for which she will have to obtain appropriate instructions from Petitioner. 5.

Considering the fact that Petitioners are tribal, I am acceding to the request made by Ms. Gunjal in order to enable her to take instructions from the Petitioners and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.

It is clarified that in so far as present Writ Petition is concerned, since lis between the parties before the Court pertains to Vahiwat case, it would be appropriate if Petitioners take steps to file appropriate Suit and Application below Exhibit-5 for injunction in accordance with law in view of disputed questions of facts which shall be noted by the parties.
