Petitioner's tribe claim of of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 02.07.2025 and therefore the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the said tribe claim.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting professional medical course, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably with a period of four months from today.
