Petitioner's tribe claim of of belonging to "Tokre Koli" Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with the respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 27.01.2025 and therefore the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the said tribe claim.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting higher studies, we direct the respondent-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably with a period of four months from today.
