The learned senior advocate appearing for the Petitioners restricts his prayer seeking direction to respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide his pending revision and stay application filed on 02.05.2023 before the Respondent No.2 within the stipulated time.

Considering the fact that the proceedings is pending since 02.05.2023 and is not taken up till date for consideration, we direct the

( 2 ) 908 wp 5032.26 Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take decision on the said revision as well as stay application of the Petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the proceedings shall be decided on its own merits.
