The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahdev' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 28.11.2024 and therefore, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the same.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been appointed from the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.
