The petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe which is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since 14.07.2025. 3.

Since, the petitioner is prosecuting his studies and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
