The tribe claim of the petitioners of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 08.06.2024 and 25.08.2025 respectively. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the vigilance cell enquiry report in the case of cousin brother viz. Sainath Tukaram Gudpalle and Dinesh Tukaram Gudpalle is already on record and the petitioners are ready to adopt the same.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026. 5.
