By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe which is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 17.10.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell enquiry report in case of her real brother viz. Amit Brahmanand Machewad is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
