This Court by an order dated 28th April, 2026 had issued specific directions for taking possession of the secured assets. The record shows that the aforesaid order was challenged by the borrower before the Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 17128 of 2026. By an order dated 12th May, 2026, the Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition. 2.
Thereafter, it seems that the borrower had also filed an Interim Application before this Court. On 13th May, 2026, the Vacation Court permitted the said application to be withdrawn in the light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the directions of this Vishal Parekar ....1
