The challenge in this Petition is to an interim order dated 10th ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL November 2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Pune in MCA No. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.05.07 09:14:54 +0530 742 of 2019, thereby staying the execution and operation of the decree passed in Civil Appeal No. 253 of 2012, till further orders. 3.

The Court is informed that MCA No. 742 of 2019 awaits adjudication and it is listed for hearing on 29th July 2026. 4.

The Appeal seems to have been decided ex parte on 1st January 2018. That weighed with the District Judge in staying the execution and operation of the decree till the decision of the MCA No. 742 of 2019. ARS 1/2

In view of the above, the Petition stands disposed with a direction to the learned District Judge to hear and decide MCA No.742 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of three months from the next listing of MCA No. 742 of 2019. 6.
