The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 13.10.2025 and therefore, the petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the same.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already appeared in the NEET (UG) Examination,2026 and desirous of taking admission to a higher course, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case by the end of August 2026.
