Present petition has been filed for following reliefs : "(B) The selection list dated 08.02.2026 issued by respondent No.3 by provisionally selecting respondent Nos.4 to 6 / candidates may kindly be quashed and set aside.

(C) The representations dated 17.02.2026 and 27.02.2026 may kindly be decided within a period of one week. (D) The petitioner should be selected on the post of Police Patil for the village Raholi (Kh) by verifying his legal and genuine documents."

938_WP_5177_2026 Learned AGP submits that representation filed by petitioner has been decided. He places on record the copy of order dated 08.04.2026. It is taken on record by marking Exh. 'X'. Copy of said order is given to learned Advocate for petitioner. Learned Advocate for petitioner then submits in view of statement in the order Exh. 'X' that petitioner can approach the Collector. The petitioner would go before the Collector within one month. In view of the said statement, we dispose of the writ petition by giving liberty to petitioner to approach the Collector within a period of one month. However, we are not stating anything regarding the limitation, if any, provided for approaching the higher Forum. However, if such application / representation / appeal is preferred before respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 should decide it within a period of one month thereafter. ( AJIT B.
