The present Writ Petitions take exception to orders dated 17.04.2026 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Gangakhed in Appeal Nos. 2026/ROR/A/CR-612 & 2026/ROR/A/CR-613 respectively in respect of record of rights. 2.

Perusal of impugned orders suggest that orders impugned are passed by Sub-Divisional Officer in exercise of Appellate powers conferred under Section 247 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The Petitioners have alternate remedy to file revision before Additional Collector in terms of provision under Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In that view of matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain Writ

950 & 951.odt Petitions. Hence, Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to Petitioners to avail alternate remedy available under law. All contentions raised by Petitioners can be raised appropriately before Appellate Authority. 4.

The Petitioners shall be at liberty to approach authority within two weeks from today. Till then, status quo be maintained in respect of mutation record as on today.
