By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of her tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe which is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 06.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell enquiry report of her cousin brother viz. Ashutosh Deepak Kotalwar is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. 5.
