Rule is made returnable forthwith by consent of the parties. 2.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction against the Hon'ble Minister, Corporation to forthwith hear the stay application filed by the Petitioner in Appeal No. 20 of 2026, filed under Section 52B of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963 ("said Act") (Exhibit K to the petition). 3.

The Petitioner has already availed itself of its appellate remedy under the said Act.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition in view of the appointment Mayur

24-WP-5316-2026 (C).doc of an Administrator in respect of Respondent No. 2 Committee, under the order dated 30 April 2026 passed by Respondent No. 3 - District Deputy Registrar, C.S., Pune Rural, under Section 45(1) of the said Act. 5.

It is pertinent to note that the Administrator has taken charge of Respondent No. 2 - Committee.

We accordingly direct the Hon'ble Minister, Corporation, to hear the stay application filed by the Petitioner in Appeal No. 20 of 2026 under Section 52B of the said Act within a period of two weeks from today. 7.

Till the stay application is heard, the Administrator appointed in respect of Respondent No. 2 - Committee shall not take any precipitative steps/action.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms, without expressing any opinion on merits and keeping open all rights and contentions of the parties.
