The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the said ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Notice of Motion No. 3666 of 2025, taken out in Commercial Suit No. ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.04.24 10:46:41 +0530 332 of 2025 is not being heard expeditiously, as the Court to which the said Suit has been assigned, is vacant.

The learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court is requested to assign Commercial Suit No. 332 of 2025 to another functional Court. ARS 1/2
