Present petition takes exception to order dated 18.05.2026 passed by respondent no.2 - District Cooperative Election Officer and Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, whereby petitioner's name came to be deleted from provisional voters list for election of respondent no.4 - Aurangabad District Central Co-operative Bank. 2.

Mr. S.K. Kadam, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 points out that the election process has reached at advanced stage. After finalization of voters list, nominations are already submitted. At this stage, interference of this Court would not be appropriate.

Considering submissions advanced and stage of election process, this Court finds that no interference is required under Article 227 of Constitution of India.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of. All contentions kept open.
