This Writ Petition has been moved on the ground of urgency. 2.

In view of the Respondent No.3 having issued notice dated 16 March 2026 for termination of service of the Petitioner in the event, the Petitioner does not produce the caste validity certificate. Respondent No.3 is yet to be served with the Petition.

The caste validity claim of the Petitioner is being examined by the Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee and for which the claim had been filed on 31 January 2025.

Prior to granting any ad-interim order restraining Respondent No.3 from taking adverse action against service of the Petitioner on the ground of Pallavi 1/2

2 909-WP-5388-2026 (C).doc show cause notice dated 16 March 2026, the Petitioner shall serve the Respondent No.3 by way of private service, copy of Petition as well as this order. An affidavit of service shall be filed to that effect. 5.

Writ Petition shall be placed under the caption for "Ad-interim relief" on 8 May 2026.
