The petitioner raises challenge to the order dated 18.6.2026 passed by respondent no.2 thereby deleting name of petitioner from the voter's list of respondent no.3 bank and seeks directions against respondent no.2 to include the name of petitioner in the final voters' list of respondent no.3-bank. 2.

Heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties.

Mr.S.K.Kadam, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that final voters' list is already published and even during 1.6.2026 to 5.6.2026 nomination were submitted. Scrutiny is also completed yesterday i.e. on

wp 5408.2026.odt 8.6.2026 and list of validly nominated candidates is also published. Apparently, election process has reached to the advanced stage. At this stage, entertaining present writ petition would amount to interference in the election process, which is not permitted. In result, writ petition stands rejected. All points kept open.
