The issue involved in this writ petition concerns about inclusion of the name of the respondent No.6 in the final list of voters prepared for the ensuing elections to the District Central Cooperative Bank. It is submitted by the learned Advocate representing the petitioner that the nomination process for the general election to the District Central Cooperative Bank shall be initiated soon. Hence, he seeks issuance of notice to the respondents and hear the matter on merit.
