The impugned order has been passed in exercise of powers under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has a statutory remedy of appeal under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the present petition open to be agitated in the appeal, the present petition stands disposed of.

In case such an appeal is filed within a period of one week from today, the Appellate Authority shall decide the same within a period of three months thereafter.
