The order impugned in the present petition has been passed in exercise of powers under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Against the said order, the petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy under Section 154 of the said Act.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the present petition open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority in appropriate proceeding.
